Having spent 5 years in e-commerce, particularly in clothing, we witnessed firsthand its toll on our wallets, our planet, and our well-being. We found ourselves drowning in a sea of cheap, low-quality garments, perpetually chasing the next big thing, only to be left feeling unsatisfied and guilty.

Exchange and Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our 5-day return policy allows you to request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return: The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Eligibility:

  1. In case you have received a damaged product the company will provide a free replacement but an unboxing video is mandatory to avail of that free replacement of the damaged product.
  2. In case of return, there will be Rs. 400/- shipping charges.
  3. One exchange will be free and more than one exchange company will charge extra Rs. 400/- shipping charges.

We strive to ensure that the products you receive match the descriptions and images provided on our website. However, please note that due to the subjective nature of individual preferences and opinions, we cannot accept returns solely based on aesthetic preferences or subjective judgments of appearance. Rest assured, the products you receive will be identical to those showcased on our website in terms of functionality and specifications. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement. No cancellations will be entertained once the orders are shipped and confirmed over the call. 

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation. 

Note: Our exchange and returns policy is applicable exclusively for orders placed on our official website. For orders from other platforms, please refer to the respective instructions provided. Additional Information: For incorrect orders, we offer free exchanges or full refunds. A reverse shipping fee of ₹400/- applies for correct orders, deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Process:

The exchange process may take 5-7 working days, considering pickup and delivery logistics. Refunds require a wait period of at least 3-5 days after the verification by our QC team. Important Notes: Photos of the received product from different angles are mandatory for color or product discrepancies. Exchange and return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Notifications regarding exchanges and returns will be sent via email and whatsapp message to the provided contact details. Please allow two business days for us to review your request.
